Privacy and Terms of Use

The data which you have access through "The Parallel Corpus German / Spanish, PaGeS" (henceforth called PaGeS) may be used only for purely scientific or private purposes. Commercial use of any kind is prohibited. This prohibition of commercial use includes in particular the processing of the data in order to use them commercially by yourself or by a third party.

The data provided to you by PaGeS for research purposes may not be published as a whole neither directly nor indirectly, nor may it be broadcast or distributed in any medium. Neither the complete text corpus nor parts of it exceeding the size of a key word with context may be archived permanently in any form (neither printed nor electronically).

Due to copyright restrictions PaGeS asks users to personally register via an electronic form where an explicit electronic consent to these terms of use has to be given. Authentication and the approval of the terms of use can be requested for every session. Unregistered users can only see 10 results of the search and they will be not able to download them.

With your registration you consent to the storage and processing of your registration data according to Spanish legislation on data protection. They are provided solely for the identification of improper usages. An whatsoever dissemination of registration data to third parties is excluded. A withdrawal is possible at any time through simple notice to PaGeS.

PaGeS guarantees neither the completeness and accuracy of the contents of the corpora or the continued accessibility of Internet application.

PaGeS also assumes no liability for the use of corpus data on the part of users.

PaGeS reserves the right to modify or supplement the information or data provided at any time without further notice.

When using PaGeS in your work, please indicate it.
